I am visualizing myself at 130 lbs. Its not a dream. It is perfectly doable. I will do this.
Earlier today I was so pissed off I forgot to post accountability. Until now that is. Even if no one sees it I have to put yesterday out there.
Calories in check. Protein in check. Water in check. Pretzels over the top. Yes folks, I made pretzels a food group all it's own and I am still craving salt. Today it was the pork skins; just another vehicle for salt, salt & more salt.
Not good. I'm already bloated and retaining water everywhere. To be where I want to be the salt has to stop. There is more to loosing and maintaining than calories, protein and water. We each need to know what that is for ourselves.
