Happy 7th year anniversary to me
Hello Family,
May 6th, will be 7 years since I had my surgery , and it's still a daily struggle. I have lost a total of 130 pounds and in 7 years have only gained 5 pounds. I still abide by the rules, vitamins, water, exercise and not drinking for 30 minutes after you eat.
For all the newbies... your life will never be the same.....you will always think about each pound....
