It was the home made yogurt that took me out, lol. 

Prepping for
EXTREME FAT SMASH and this time I will NOT fkcu it up at the end of day 1.  I'm determine to make this three week rotation and loose some body fat. 

One big issue is
I need yogurt to follow this plan to the letter.   Non dairy, soy free yogurt available in select stores at bend over and hold your ankles prices.  Plus its not even low fat or fat free. 

Well I have done some homework.  I can make my own vegan, soy free yogurt  from unsweetend almond milk and live yogurt starter cultures.  Hopefully I won't poison myself on this stuff. 

MsLee, as soon as I finish this script and get this swelling down I'm on it.  You'll have company and EFS will no longer be a lonesome endevor. 

Fat belly, thighs, etc you are going down.  Smash that fat.  SMASH!

I am off of EFS for two days and I am having a hard time eating bad food. I figured it has been two months I need to give my body a break and start eating a bit more calories for a few days to fool my body cause I figure if I don't I will begin to stall and lord knows I don't want that to happen.

I am having problems eating bad food without feeling guilty, so I went and got some See's and only ate one piece, and the rest is under my pillow so Becca won't get to it. But I am going to eat it when I get home tonight.

I can not wait until these free eating days are over because even though I know it is a good idea to give my body a break it is messing with my head, you would think a greedy girl like myself would have no problem eating bad food but I am, go figure.

Girl I only wish I would give up bad food.  Stayed within calories but half came from pretzels.  I hope I won't want to eat bad anymore after efs. 

This is why I eat low carb.  I'm fine with calories but if I don't low carb half of my calories will be from junk. 

Oh and I gotta laugh at the sees under the pillow.  You gotta buy enough for the two of you, lol.

Of course we got enough for both of us, but she ate all hers and 3 of my caramel flat and then wanted another so I hid them under my pillow in the pillow case.  She is greedy too.  LOL

Hope all goes well with the homemade yogurt.  Worse case scenario is that it will probably take your butt hole out. LOL
I agree with you M.  If given free reign, the fat girl in me would get all her calories from junk food. Probably could stay within caloric range but would eventually get sick and look a mess.  So working to get it together.  Yesterday was great for me.  I had been late night snacking.  Just proud of yesterday.  Hoping for a good day today.

  My butthole's real greatfull this is vegan yogurt.  I'd be too scared to try it with real dairy. 

I can't loose at 1800 either.  I can't even maintain at 1650.  Stay strong girl!  I see the counter going down.  Slowly but still going down.
