I am under a lot of stress so today I made my snack a piece of See's and a piece of Godiva chocolate which is well within the allowed 200 calorie snacks not to mention it helped with my stress as chocolate always does.

Tomorrow i'm looking forward to another day of successful eating on the EFS.

Planning to do better today.  I am a little anxious over not having my summer schedule lined out, my sister wanting to have a family reunion, car not up to par.  Just general anxieties of life.  Plate is too full and I need everything on the plate.  Just need to prioritize.  I will handle it but trying to without gain.
Have a great Monday.

 With  I will succeed.

Totally committed sista ... and guess what? still rocking my man-head look LOL ... it is working sooooooo well with the pool too...

I made and ate Squaghetti... girl that stuff was awesome ... the carbs are natural and it was delicious .. can you imagine my crazy arsed son ate it and thought it was angel hair pasta LOL... check this out ... recipe quick and easy ... I made it and I used ground turkey for the sauce...

1 Spaghetti Squash
Ground Turkey
Marinara/Spaghetti/or homemade tomato or spaghetti sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella FF

Take the Spaghetti Squash and nuke in microwave to 15-20 min until cooked..
Brown ground turkey in skillet with light coating of Pam. garlic, parsley, onion powder (seasoned to your own taste)
Add sauce to ground turkey and simmer on low for your meat sauce.

Cut squash in half ... scoop out the seeds... then scoop out the insides of the squash from both halves into a pan or Pyrex dish
Pour meat/turkey sauce over it
Add shredded mozzarella
Sprinkle freely with Parmesan

Stick in oven for 10-15 minutes...

Bon apetit! IT IS GOOD .. ASK MY CO-WORKERS...

@ can you imagine my crazy arsed son ate it and thought it was angel hair pasta LOL
Too funny but I guess if the brain sees pasta the mouth will taste pasta, lol.

I have been a big fan of spaghetti squash since the early 90's.  My family used to hate when I fixed it only because they knew it was a vegetable.  Now everyone luvs it.

I bake the squash.  Cut it in half, scoop out seeds, place cut side down, bake at 350 for 45 min.  I like the texture best this way.  I bake several then freeze them for quick meals.

Your way of serving it is almost the same as mine.  I prefer ground chicken to ground turkey.  Back in the day I used to use ground beef.  I still do sometimes but always extra lean.
