Yesterday I had zero energy and could barely walk around the park, I am starting to feel like EFS is not working anymore but Becca keeps saying are you crazy do you not see how smal you are.
I guess i'm feeling this way because I want to be down another pant size now because like I said I have always gotten down to where I am now and I need to get to the next level. I know i'm still losing but I want it more. See that is the kind of **** I do to myself and that is why I mess up every single time.
I started week 7 yesterday and I am complaining about having lost 12 pounds, I forget how I haven't lost 12 pounds in years before and at this rate. I'm so ungrateful for what I have done so far and it is going to side track me if I keep thinking like this. I hate my head sometimes.
I am going to continue to smash this fat, and stop messing myself up with my own dumb ass head.
Why do I have to be the one with such issues, and such struggles? Whhhyyyyy?????

Stay encouraged Lee, and great job on your recent weight loss. You're not alone when it comes to body image issues . . . we all have them. There's no easy answer, but you have to try and find balance.
As for my own weekend accountability, I don't want to do a dayum thing!! I don't want to think about what I'm eating, how much water I'm drinking, or exercising . . . but, I will. Three liters of water, core training and cardio . . .

While I did not overeat I did not eat regular meals this weekend. Not good because as we know, skipping meals slows metabolism.
I still have to updae my tracking, but each day I went nearly all day without eating until late evening. Water was light but its what I needed due to swelling.
I will eat better tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be ok to start EFS by Wednesday. Gotta check with my doc cause I'm on fluid restriction but I want to skip it so I can get on with EFS and start loosing.
Dear God, please let me drop 2-3 lbs this first cycle. I will haul ass with my exercise plus mow the lawn plus do what ever else I can manage. Just let me drop 2-3 lbs of the 20 lbs I put on in the past 2-3 weeks. It would be so nice to fit in my shoes again.
