I need to push the water today.  While I've been sipping I have not been counting oz.  You'd think by now it would be automatic but I'm so parched this morning my count must be way off. 

Still eating to maitenance until I'm on EFS.  Can't let MsLee stay lonely in Extreme Fat Smash Land.  I'll be there on Wednesday as soon as I finish this Rx. 

In the mean time I'm eating as much of the EFS foods as I can stand.  I will be ready this time around.

If I weren't doing EFS I sure wouldn't be eating the foods in fear it would mess up my loss when I did do a true start.    

I so screwed up on water AGAIN yesterday, I don't even think I had one bottle, and there is absolutely no reason NONE.   I swear it's like I want to screw myself up from making it to my goal.   I hate it.

I don't know what the hell to do about my water consumption, or lack there of, all I know is that I have gotten so lazy with water and I can't seem to get it down.   DAMIT, DAMIT,

Believe me I'm not doing total efs meals.  I'm just trying to get used to eating things like beans and veg as a meal or yogurt.  This way I can choke it down when I must.  I'm still eating my maintenance level.   

Lately I've been drinking propel zero.  Its like propel water but no calories/ carbs per 12 oz serving.  Very sweet.  You may want to add a lot of ice or some plain water to it.  Whatever it takes to get the liquids down.
