LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm tired, hungry, cranky and gassy plus still craving salt. thats nmy big downfall trying to get my ass on EFS. I have not given up, I want this so bad.
Weight is up due to meds and fluid retention but I can still work on loosing the fat. I will do this. Not there yet but working on eating the way the diet demands. Not my kind of thing but it works so I just have to change.
If we've learned nothing else through this process it is the defini9tion of insanity. Time to find sanity and get my weight stable where it should be.

Sucky thing about it is that it does not matter why we gain weight, even if it is a medica reason it still makes you feel like crap.
You really are having a hard time with the EFS maybe you should try the non ExtremeFS, maybe that would be a bit easier for you, although I know you can do EFS but I think your treatment my be messing with your head also.
Keep trying, you'll get it, it's just taking you a little longer to jump on but you will.

It has got to be EFS. Those loose a pound every two week diets are worthless. If I can't make real progress there is no point. My issue is getting used to the food and finding the right substitutes. That's the hardest part.
I did the pre op diet and the post op diet and switched to low carb for years on end. I can do EFS too. I've been feeling off and that is making things tougher, but I'm fairly well doped up now so things should improve over the next week.
Despite being placed on bananas and orange juice I refuse. Going to take potassium tablets by the handfull instead. There is no way I am going to introduce anything that is not EFS into my diet.
In spite of the edema/ swelling I can loose body fat. However, no exercise for about a week till the swelling and my bp go down. Weight goes up and bp goes through the roof.
I'm going to do this some way some how and catch up to you MsLee! Just as soon as I work these mega steroid doses and these pain meds out of my system.

See my green eyed monster, I'm jelouse so I have got to get caught up. Not pound per pound that would be crazy. I have to get into last years clothes by July. Its already hot as hell in the south.

My fat ass is still trying to squeeze in these 14's. I just want them to be wearable by my trip. But I don't care if they are tight as hell I am still going to wear them and suffer, but I have a feeling that they are going to be loose enough for Me to wear them.
