Are you still staying away from that Easter candy BAF?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you here to give in to the fattening of America?  Face it, we already did that.  This is not like those other diet sites where the majority are thin trying to get skinny or perhaps 30 lbs overweight.  We got here representing the obesity epidemic. 

Now that we are here we are committed to representing the solution to obesity, Tell me I am 100% correct about this.  Regardless of your stage in the process. regardless of surgical or non.  Regardless of your particular eating plan.  Remember what lead you here.

Extreme Fat Smash is kicking my ass.  I started on plan with an early breakfast .  That's a tough one because I prefer to eat severals hours after I wake even knowing its not good for metabolism. 

Today I need a handful of xanax to get me through the first few hours. We'll see what the day brings.  I already have an EFS minus in that I ate the wrong breakfast.  Calories no issue as they equal plan but I had a mini glucerna bar with a ff babybel lite and a bite of a sf whole wheat biscotti I made for Easter.  The 2oz of unsweetend almond milk in my chai is all I did right. 

I'm still way off track.  Perhaps getting today's screw up done early will be better for my overall day.  Still pushing for perfect and I will get there If it takes all week. 

I've packed meal 2 and only meal 2 so I can't switch order plus a 100 cal snack and baby carrots with zero cal dressing.  Please just get me through the early afternoon and I'll eat the beans and veg tonight, lol.

I am working my 6th week of EFS and wish this dam bloating would go away so I can tell what I really weigh or how loose my jeans really are.

I get to have a pancake for breakfast which I am totally excited about, yesterday eating felt ike so much food and I even skipped a snack.

Today makes 32 days before we leave for our big trip so I will get one more EFS rotation in before I leave.   

There should be 2 more people starting today, come on guys this is easy and the results are great.

Morning,
I am planning my menu.  Craving salty things.  Did not make myself drink protein shake but will make two turkey sausages and eat them for breakfast.  Had my morning coffee and having home made chicken noodle soup for lunch.  Trying to get my head together.  Working on DH's computer works my nerves but that's another excuse to eat improperly.  Hope all have great day though its rainy here. Did take my vitamins this morning, hope its not the only thing I do right today.

Your ggradually declining ticker is not lost on me so you are still doing more right than just vits.  Its always easy to find an excuse to mis on your plan.  My last ten days is proof of that.  Stay strong, you got this.   

I need every good example I can get plus a good ass kicking too.   Do not heasitate to provide me with a merciless beat down.

i had candy but it wasnt easter candy! i had peppermint patties and twix, i had coffee cake but that has been sitting on the table and i have only nibbled on it. i am seriously thinking about not going to any more family functions! i can feel the resentment, i am tired of the snide comments, now everyone is trying to loss weight which i am happy about but they gloss over me like i cannot get any more attention then i am already getting, i only get critized about nothing, or my tummy which shows more because the rest of me is smaller and i need a tummy tuck for the extra skin, i am ignoring them, but because of the hormone release i feel like starting an all out war and make them madder because i am still losing weight, i hate it that they show such resentment, i dont know what to do, it would be nice if they were happy for me...well thats my vent for the week!

Well do not let them drive you off plan.  Those sweets can be handled in moderation provided you work them into your overall food/ exercise scheme.  

As for non supporters, this is my little life motto: FKCU YOU AND THE HORSE YOU RODE IN ON!  Yes, I said the damned horse too.     You're a sister so I'd put money on it you can give as good as you get.  Give them a handout with wl options surgical and non for each snide remark.  Then be explicit that it is far more productive to handle their own personal fat issues as they see fit than to hate you for handling yours.   

I say all out WAR but pay me no mind.  I am a ***** on wheels at the moment.

thats how i felt on sunday!! i will try to play nice but its hard! me and my skinny jeans  will be ready for them next time but i will hold off on the all out war, family, you cant live with them and you still cant live with them!!!

I am back again being accountable for my mishaps. I notice any time I am missing in action on BAF I am way off track. Today I am officially back on track. I am going to take it step my step and hopefully do as well as I did the last time. Last time I knew I had to get it together because I had gained 17 pounds all too easy. These last few months of hardwork and decipline was just to lose the weight I gained. I have not gained any weight back, but I am not on that losing road anymore. I woke up on the day I set for my goal and I was shy of goal by 15 pounds. Now I am on a mission to get these last 17 pounds off and reach my goal weight. I know I can do it if I just give it my all. Today I woke up and had a turkey sandwich for breakfast with ff mayo and wheat bread...slice of tomato and pickle. snack time and I am having some greek yogurt. Food is not really my problem as long as I stay away from the cookies, candy, and cake I have been munching on lately. LOL, But I really really really need to motivate myself to exercise. I think for the past two weeks I have not been too keen on exercise. I have not been inactive, but not having that extra burn to tone. I know I am the only one that can do it for myself..

Exercise matters.  Short of digging ditches ot teaching aerobics for a living, our daily activities just don't cut it.  I lked your idea to split that 40 minutes daily until you get it done straight through.  

Heart disease is the number one killer of women in the US.  Cardio three times a week; one full non stop hour plus warm up/ cool down; in the cardisc training zone;  goes a long way to reducing that risk.  If for no other reason, work up to that full hour.
