HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY SUNDAY
Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
Happy Easter BAF. Many of us have holiday dinners to fix or attend. Remember we can enjoy in moderration.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. If you are on your pre op diet, have you planned to stick to it in spite of the holiday eats or are you sneaking from those Easter baskets? Same question for the early post ops. Will you let the holiday ruin your honeymood period? Only you know what you must abstain from and what you can enjoy in moderation.
Keep your desired end result in mind. Every time you prepare to eat, consider whether the food and portion will help you reach your desired end result.
...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF)
The no op version. This version is still severe but far more liberal than the one many pre ops are given.

Daily calorie needs calculator
A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Calculator takes into account age and gender as well as activity level. Links to other calculators are on the same page.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm fixing quick easy casual Trini food today for Easter Sunday dinner. Not the type of thing traditionally a special holiday meal but for us first generation Amerricans who don't eat these things daily its a treat. Using the big pots today but that does not mean I should eat big.
While I have not calibrated the calorie count I know some items may be higherr than they appear. Small portions, moderation is key.
Tomorrow its Extreme Fat Smash and this time no clustefkcus. I will do this.

Got up this morning, Got Becca up and we did our first Zumba and it was fun and made me sweat like crazy. I am going to do the whole program and see if it will help me with my required exercise.
Doing really well on my Extreme Fat Smash. I made the mistake of stepping on the scale which was a huge mistake because I am about to flow soon and my body is so bloated that al my clothes are tight right now. But I haven't gained any weight even with all this bloat, but I sure in hell haven't lost any.
I'm going to keep going strong and eating what i'm suppose to eat and hoping to lose 2 1/2 more pounds by the end of this rotation.

Salty Pickle a.k.a. Lee
Maintaining with bloat you likely have lost a couple pounds for real. I and won't dare step on the scale either.
My feet are so swollen they look like they want to pop. Its all this damned salt I've been eating without any potassium supplements. The Extreme Fat Smash will get me off the salt. Also, I'm out of my daily Rx diuretic which does not help any.
I'm joining you on EFS tomorrow. Also I've added EA Sports Active 2 to my workout rotation. I have found so many home options there is no longer any need for the gym.
