Stay the hell away from those Happy Easter candy clearance sales BAF.  Many of us had holiday dinners.  How did you do?  Was moderation the rule? Pre op diets, early post ops, did you stick with your plan?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  

Keep your desired end result in mind.   Every time you prepare to eat, consider whether the food and portion will help you reach your desired end result.

My day started off great,  Becca and I got up and did day 2 of our new Zumba program and it is quite a workout. 

My eating is really on point and i'm proud of that.  I am going to have Subway for lunch because it's sandwhich day on the program and I only eat a little of the bread enough to equal what I think is 2 slices.  Plus it gives me something different and makes me feel a bit normal.

My day started off very good!
 two hard boil eggs
green tea
Lunch well two slices of ham, string beans, and a small bag of chips a student gave me!!!
Three bottles of water
Good New from my Doc!
Great workout!
Dinner small salad and an apple

The salt has to go along with the pork!!!! Protein, Water, and Green Veggies Yes I Can Do This.....

Yes, I'm a second grade teacher and I eat well most days!!!its the little things like candy, crackers, chips,3 warm cookies and milk the slows the weight lost or I gain three and loss four! Stress :)
It's the salt and sugar and lack of working out!
It's been a slow process for me!!!!
Two years almost three in Dec.

But I can see it now!!!!!

Do it girl!  I'm a meat and veg person myself.  Lean meat and veg cookes with a little good sense is healthls eating.

MsLee I just have to say blessings and thanks so much for  understanding.  Weight gain is devestating following wls be it zero to four; or a ten to fourteen; or a twenty to twenty four.  Going up two sizes has you envisioning being back where you started. 
Glad you had a fun workout.  I'm aching right now but its h2to10k before bed tonight. 

EFS Day one revisited and as in my reply to MsMartita about my swollen feet its triple to quintuple on the setroids this week damn it.  This can't be good. 

I did a poor job on EFS today.   My snacks were 130 and 150 cals respetively instead of 100.  Then I had the nerve to have an extra snack 150 cal snack and no dinner.  That celery did not cut it.  All were diabetic glycemic control bars.  They have warded off hunger better than the meal plan.  Day one cycle 1 is brutal but cycle 2 looks better. 

My eats:
Breakfast: A fried egg over easy & an apple.  The egg was at a diner.  It did not look or taste at all greasy.  Still you know its never as calorie controlled as when cooked at home. 

Meal two: First cheat.  I switched my meal three salad with my meal two cup of fruit. 

The early meal three salad should be small with veg only but mine was miniscule.  A little lettuce with a little onion and zero cal dressing.  I'd bet small means a little two-three cup container of about 25 cal lettuce & veg plus low fat or fat free dressing.  

Meal three:  Does this count as cheat two?  I had mangos as the my one cup of fruit that should have been meal two. 

Meal four: No doubt cheat three.  Beans 1/2 cup with veg 1/2 cup.  I am not feeling the combo.  In my universe its rice & beans or meat & beans or meat & veg.  I did curry channa with seasoned cauiflower "rice" and bought prepared beef brisket for everyone else.          I had pretzels while they ate day 1 plus meat. 

Failed again but not a total clusterfkcu.  I'm going to do this till I get it right.  My food is set for tomorrow including goats milk yogurt for my dairy free/ soy yogurt.   If at first you dont succeed... well, you know the rest.  I have to ease into this.  I miss my low carb.  I will get it.  Thank Godthe work out is a no brainer.

OK,  let me give you some perspective on this Marcia because you seem to need it right now.

It is 3 weeks,  so what if you miss your low carb, get over it.  It's 3 weeks and if you stop playing around and do it right you will get the results you want and be very happy.

I know beans and veggies don't go together, but they do now, and I eat them with gusto and have siked myself into thinking I like them together and particularly liking what they are doing for my ass size together.

This is not hard once you get past the first 2 days, and they aren't even hard, you just have to be determined and foucs on what you want.  

Now just do it damit.   TOMORROW NO "clusterfkcu."    It is no longer acceptable.

I can't argue with you.  I begin with good intentions,  Prep my food and I cook it well too not just thrown together,  Problem is getting myself to EAT it.  

I'm packing my breakfast ans meal two plus a snack now.  Praying I no longer keep stumbling.  If I do its cycle one till I get it right.  Thia wek, however I will not stop trying.  No more breaks.  I just have to get back up when I stumble.   I have to try not to stumble too.

OK,  so tomorrow just know that your not alone.  I will be getting up early in the morning working out and then eating my meal.  I don't care what meal it is, I know it works so I will eat it.  No Matter What because I want this Bad.

I absolutely hate eggs, but on days i'm due to eat eggs for breakfast you would think I love them.   I'm not letting some dam eggs defeat me.   

We got this, no more stumbling. 

I weigh again in 3 days and I hope I have lost enough to give you a bit of motivation.
