10% cluster fkcu, that is I get distracted by **** i have no business with

My weight's up even futher now and I'm sitting here in a size four which is really ******g me off.  The problem is weight gain makes me want to eat while weight loss makes me want to stick to plan. 

Now I know a number of folks would kill to be a size four, but for me I have gone up two sizes and I'm shaped like winnie the pooh.  I am going to get to 99% pro good health and 1% other bull**** then into a loose fitting size zero for good. 

Come Monday Its Extreme Fat Smash and I think I'm more ready this week than I was when I fkcu'd it up last week.  I'm going to do this.  Under 140 lbs and a size double zero too, lol, just kiding about the 00.

Even if I were that skinny and a size 4 were my "BIG" pants were getting tight, I think I would feel the same way I feel about being fat and fat.   **** gaining weight is gaining weight no matter how skinny you were when you started.   But I still hate you.

Your ass needs to stop playing and do the EFS for reals, it works.  I am on rotation 2 day 2 and I am holding strong but wanting to eat some Godiva now that we just found a $30 gift card in the kitchen drawer.  I could have some as my snack but i'm going to stay away from them for this rotation and have them on my cheat day.

I can't wait till dinner so I can have my brown rice.  :)   I have gotten hooked on that stuff.

I'm starting at midnight.  I was afraid not to start before the weekend but after eating what I felt like yesterday i was underr calories. 

This time around I'm using protein shakes as my snacks.  Egg white protein 106 cal per scoop and I make it with water.  I'll just make the scoop a little 'lite' so its 100 cal.  

I'm doing this.   But, Lord please let me behave for Easter, lol.
