Lord help me I am living pro obesity these days. I have to get my back in the game.
I need to begin my extreme fat smash diet like yesterday or waaaaay before yesterday. When I'm not overeating I'm underreating and its always the wrong foods lately. Who cares if my calorie average is ok if It is not all nutritionally sound.

Rotation #2 started today and I rocked it like a champ. I get one more snack tonight and it's going to be a sugar free dove and a cup of coffee. Then I workout .
I am hoping that I can rock this rotation like I did the first one. I am so looking forward to possibly losing another 8- 10 pounds this coming three weeks to a month.
I will not let some food stop me from getting what I want. It's not worth it.
