WHAT SPELLS DANGER FOR YOUR FOOD PLAN

My saboteurs are road and rail trips. I'm train'n it today. The rocking and rolling motion of a train is relaxing and soothing. The sound of the rails is like meditation whispering mantras too me. The snack car is like an evil beast from hell taunting me. My bag is stocked with fruit and veg and some tuna. Of course my treats of a single serving bag each of nuts and cookies went first. God help me. What situations generally challenge you and win. All suggestions to fix my dysfunctional train/ food connection are appreciated.

please, the price alone in the snack car should keep you away!!! carbs are my enemy,(stomach upset, gas) so that alone keeps me away from them!! i usually dont have a problem but i do love a good piece of cake! and its easter and the easter candy will be on sale on monday!keep telling yourself you have better things to do with your money, and i will try not to buy any candy unless someone gives me a piece, the cake is another story, have a good trip!!!

Now you know when thinking like a fat chick $2 for a. 2oz bag of pretzels is nothing at all. And, I do like cake also but thankfully I can pass on it pretty easily. Its the things I have not found a substitute for that are hard. Like pretzels.

Yeah, I have an issue with travel too like getting home from the supermarket without nibbling or traveling from living room to bedroom without stopping in the kitchen. Foreign travel is tough because there is so much new to try.

So far not a total clusterfkcu but there is still time Lol. Pretzels 230 cals. Burger with top bun only a zillion cals in grease plus the bread. Train broke down so torture extended by a couple hours. Big sigh. I am so week today. Damn tom. (Gotta blame something)

Idle time, reading, television. If my hands are occupied and concentration is needed for a project.  I can miss meals and not realize it.  However my lifestyle is not all consuming.  I love to read and eat while I'm doing it.  A good movie and the whole pot of popcorn is manna from heaven.  Relaxation coupled with food will have me eating the whole bag of candy, chips and junk.  If only I would make myself get physical.
If only you could just get off the train.   Sorry no help here.

Well damn, were we separated at birth?  I know we are fairly close in age.  Let's get dna tests together and see, lol.
I've got the dame  issues.  Idle hands and minds are sure the devils play ground.  Just as with your lifestyle, that damned devil has way too much opportunity.  I'll exercise till my body says no more then colapse and eat, and eat, and eat some more.  The only reason I never topped three hundred is because I enjoy a good sweat.

I am giving myself a challenge.  My plans were to fly on my next excursion below the mason dixon line now that the threat of snow delays and the Spring break price increases are all done with.  Instead I may train it as a challenge to leave the damned snack car alone except for coffee and diet soda.
