V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Well I'm still reeling from my eating fiasco at the start of the week. I have a lot happening and have paid little attention to what I'm eating. I am however trying hard not to overeat.
Had a close call tonight but I destroyed the leftovers to make sure I did not polish them off in spite of having already had my fill. Oh but for the head issues surgery cannot fix.
Being accountable has become easy. Dealing with the triggers are not so easy. Haven't taken time for myself and to log in my intake daily. Calories too low yesterday, too high today.
Love my daughter and family but right now don't like the extra work from the visit. I like easy company.
Stressed but on Friday this too will pass. Spent five hours in clinic and ER with son tonight, strep throat.
To make a long story short, DH could have saved me the trip but chose differently.
Just venting, feeling used and unappreciated. Guess I'm tired.

We need to vent. My plan gets thrown off when I'm stressed too. Right now I look like winnie the pooh from bad food choices. When I tell company make yourself at home translation is get it / do it your damn self lol. Also in my experience DH's often need a smack to get them doing the right thing. Hope DS recovers quickly.
