LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Smashed it, yes I did. I smashed the extreme fat smash. Complete and Utter Failure: The tail of a late night binger's meltdown. If my first day had a title, that would be it. Bottom line is I smashed day one as it was ending and smashed today as it was begining. I am cloaked in shame.
All was o****il 10 pm. A light decaf mocha, chai, ginger tea, decaf iced tea, diet soda... These are the things that get me through the night but I had already used my allotment. Then the salt cravings kicked in hard. Really hard. I inhaled the salty hundred calorie snacks.
I've been researching these salt cravings and I think its back to the endocrinologist. But, not until I get two rotations of extreme fatsmash down cause I know she'll tell me not to do it.
I have to detox. This includes mega dosing on vitamin c to kick my adrenals into gear. If my hunch is right it will stop the salt cravings. Additionally, I need to move my descretionary beverages on extreme fat smash to after dinner. That's when I down a lot of liquids and water does not cut it. My third task is an insomnia plan. The night eating temptation hits when I'm an exhausted insomniac.
Looking at the evidence of how badly I fkcu'd it all up is enough to make me want to jump off a bridge. Coulda, shoulda, woulda, there were better options. None were on plan but some were better for me than how I smashed the smash.
What's done is done. The deed gets recorded in my tracker. Now I really need a day or two of shakes only to cut my appetite. I will break these salt cravings and then it is back to Extreme Fat Smash: Cycle 1, Day 1. I will do this! I'm changing my start date but there will be no waiting until Monday.

Noooooooooooooo, You made it the entire day and crashed at night. That sucks, the first day was hard for me too, but I ration my food so that I have more food to eat at 7pm and then that way I know I can make it through the rest of the night.
You should just start again today and NOT mess up. You have to think of it as something that is going to work and work the **** out of it. That is why I read the Amazon review because it helps me to stay on the program and there is over 100 reviews there. Reading that other people had the strength to do it keeps me from messing up.

I went to bed with an intense craving for chocolate and I know that is due to TOM, I hate this time because not only am I bloated but I crave chocolate and I have 2 days before I take a day off.
I am trying to not let the bloating mess with my head and not try on any smaller pants right now because I know that could derail me and lord know I have no time for error especially because we leave for our long summer trip in 39 days and I don't know how well i'm going to be able to eat then.
I have been to tired to workout twice a day for the past 3 days. But i'm hoping that my energy will increase soon.
Still praying that my body will continue to respond to this program.
I am trying to not let the bloating mess with my head and not try on any smaller pants right now because I know that could derail me and lord know I have no time for error especially because we leave for our long summer trip in 39 days and I don't know how well i'm going to be able to eat then.

I hope you don't keep temptation in the house. Its easier that way. You are getting the required work out so don't over tax yourself or you'll end up having to sit it all out. You'll be back in good form after some rest.
The messing with your head deal is why I will not weigh until I'm done with the first rotation. Give it a week for the bloating to go down before trying on and weighing again.

No we never keep anything bad in the house, the worse thing we have is peanut butter.
Yeah I need to stay the hell away from any scale or small clothes for at least two weeks cause I know i'm holding on to water like every other month. So I will have to resist and make sure I keep on top of my water intake.
Today i'm having cream of wheat for breakfast because I don't have any oatmeal and cream of wheats is a sub for it, not to mention it's one of my most favorite foods.
I did my hour and a half walk this morning and I have class tonight so I know I won't be working out later.
Looking forward to another successful day.

I'm eating vegetarian today and starting day one tomorrow once again. I printed out what you wrote yesterday and added it to the menu you gave me. I've made a document for it so its always handy. I can read your experience over and over. I'm also going to save some of those reviews to get me through the insomniac nights.
My two diet sodas, cup of coffee, and cup of tea are going to have to be held for after dinner. I drink a lot in the evening but rarely water. That was my down fall.
Getting back on that wagon. I fell off but it did not back over me this time. I have to be on extreme fat smash for Easter dinner and my sister's birthday celebration.
I may help cook but I will not be eating anything other than my plan. Thankfully my folks don't give me grief over this kind of thing. I know this sounds bad but both my parents are gone and parents can simultaneously be your best supporters and your worse critics. Where being fat is concerned, they were always the latter.

So, last week I did okay at the beginning but when Friday and Saturday hit, I drank about 4 margaritas. One at the Janet concert on Friday and then 3 on Saturday at this birthday party. I was to scared to get on the scale because alcohol always stalls my weight loss. It has in the pass.
Well, ate well on Sunday and Monday. Got a good workout in yesterday, then jump on the scale this morning. I was going to be okay with a 1 pound gain, got surprise with a 1 pound loss.
So, I have a goal that I want to lose 100 pounds from surgery by my next doctor appt on June 15. I have 14.9 pounds to go, and 8 weeks to do it in. That is about 2 pounds a week.
I am going to work out for the next 3 days and proceed to healthy on Easter Sunday, that will be my only day of temptation. Planning on attending a WLS meeting tomorrow night for support.
