LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
My first thought was I will be hungry. My most recent thought is wrong first. I can easily do this. The pouch will help level the playing field with those skinny folks who do these diets to get skinnier and barely eat anyhow. Lets be real. People with real fat to loose are not the ones living on these severly restrictive diets. Metabolism and appetite do not permit it.
I weighed in today and tried on one item of clothing that is tight. I'll hit the scale at the end of the full rotation and try on my clothing at the begining of the next cycle. I do not have a goal in pounds other than to maxize my weight loss over the three weeks. Its my workout time.

You won't be hungry, maybe the first day or two, but then that's it. It's a Breeze, and your pouch is definitely your friend on this plan.

So far not bad. Just mild hunger but when It happened I realized it was actually time to eat. I did have four celery sticks and ten of the tiniest baby carrots ever. The former before breakfast and the latter after meal 2. They really help fill me on these little portions.
Its mid afternoon and I have not yet had a snack. I'll hydrate the next couple hours until meal three.
By using zero cal dressing and unsweetened almond milk I was able to replace those calories with egg white protein powder. I'll only be off my base protein by a couple grams vs my normal double plus my protein requierment.
The hardest thing so far was just having one coffee this morning and only one cup of iced tea today. I brew a pitcher of decaf tea many days in place of plain water. I'll likly use my two diet sodas today.
I donn't think this will be as bad as I thought. You are so right, WE GOT THIS!

I am going to take one day off when I hit my month mark, I wanted to take two but Becca begged me to only take one because there is no time for error and the time is going by really fast.
I am not drinking anything bu****er, I don't know if the other stuff will interfere with the loss, but I did have a cup of coffee the other day.
Use your snacks to curb your hunger but you will see it will be gone in the next day or two.
Today so far I have had, eggs and a pear for breakfast, for snack I had a cheese stick and for my lunch I will have a salad. Then i'm off work and can get my workout done.
This program calls for a two workouts a day and I am finding myself a bit to tired to do two workouts when i'm about to flow, but as soon as my energy comes back after i'll be right back to working out twice a day.
Because of my health issues, my workout is always split into two or three sessions. Cardio is done and I have abs and upper body before a dinner of beans and broccoli slaw. Last a glucerna blood glucose control bar as a snack with a couple grapes make 100 cal. I had a bag pretzels earlier for rthe first snack.
From my reading of mostly medical 'authority' critics, type y eats an 800-1000 calorie cycle. I'm on target at 796 cal and 61g protein. Evenings are when I eat the most so I've saved the two cans of soda to get me through.
Tomorrow when there is some meat on the menu will be better. I am a true carnivore and I like the lc foods. I'm far less hungry on protein.
My biggest fat girl fear is that I will be hungry and will miss meat but I'm sure this will finally get me to goal. I joined the Y over a month ago so I already exercise 60 minutes 5 days a week. My new plan is to get up in the morning and walk in the neighborhood then go to the Y like usual after work.

Its tough but more appetite than true hunger. I've lived by the rules all day and it has been hard. Not incredibly hungry but more appetite is an issue. I fall into type y so a half cup of beans and half cup of broccoli slaw were my meager dinner.
Keep those carrot and celery sticks handy just in case. I want another snack so badly. I've eaten my menu already with three waking hours remaining. Specifically, I want some damned meat. Thank God I get 4oz tomorrow. Lord please get through the night

In 3 weeks besides my clothes being loose and going down almost 2 sizes my stomach has shrunk down like you would not believe. I have been doing it for a month come Wednesday and if I can do it for a month anyone can do it.
Give it four days, no, give it a week and you will be happy. In 3 weeks you will be really happy.
