EXTREME FAT SMASH DIET you are no joke!
Its evening and I have one meal, one snack, a cup of coffee, and half a glass of milk remaining. Celery and carrots are unlimited to keep from going over the edge but I've had my self imposed limit. There is food at every turn, program, movie, etc. and its making me crazy.
I must do this because I will get back into all of my clothing. I can do this. I know I can I know I can I know I can... Pray for me people. I'll be back at day's end to let you know how I did.
Here is my Cycle 1, Day 2 menu. Tomorrow is a big eating day, hooray. Meat/ fish and beans for one meal; plus, rice and double veg for another. Yipeeee! Not yet sure about the snacks but I've put in a place holder.

I just got home from my class and the students brought all kinds of candy and I did not have one piece and lord knows I wanted some, but it's not worth it to me. I didn't allow it as a snack and I just kept thinking I'd rather have my 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and half apple. So that is what I will be having later tonight.
YOU CAN DO THIS, I HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR THIS LONG TIME AND I'M NO STRONGER THAN YOU ARE.
I still have a coffee and half the milk to get me through tonight. The one coffee and one tea rule is tough . Those hot beverages are what I use to keep myself sated. My night eating urges happen when I'm not drinking something warm.
I wonder if decaf counts? I didn't find it in the book so I assume it does. Right now I'm ok but I'm holding that last hot drin****il the urge to eat hits. This is the hour I lost it the last time. I'm going to make it through this time with only ten grapes to shame me.
Too late, now its 10 grapes and 3 strawberries. I'm so weak.
After having my coffee its drugs to knock me the hell out. Why is it the minute I try to stick to a diet all I want is crap I normally don't even eat? I mean damn, I'm making my own yogurt to do this yet I keep thinking about what's not on the plan.
This way of eating is totally alien to me but I will not fkcu it up this time. I made sure there is nothing around that's not on this diet. Now to make it through the night without eating anything else. Worse case scenario I turn to the carrots or celery.

You can do this, it really isn't that hard your just letting your head get to you. FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT.... It's so worth it.
Go to bed, say a prayer for strength.
What can I do to help you ???? Marcia just for you i'm not even going to have my last snack. So you stop it now, No More Fruit, No more Coffe, No more anything.
Saving my coffee and tea for late night made a difference. I figure that's what got me last time. I did not have the two sodas allowed today but if I did maybe I would not have cheated with the fruit. I forgot all about soda but tomorrow I'll grab one if temptation strikes.
My home made yogurt in its last stage. Hopefully I will have fresh almond milk yogurt for breakfast in the morning. Fingers crossed.
