Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Happy Friday.  Thursday I was pressed for time and got distracted but you don't need me to stay accountable.  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Have you stayed on point this week?  Have you prepared for the weekend?

Having an idea of what you'll eat each day and ensuring the right foods are on hand goes a long way towards staying on track.  Be prepared.  You'll have fewer difficulties and better results.

I'm on track this week.  I even have left over calories in spite of my venture into naughty carb land with my current nemesis, pretzels.  These salt cravings are making me crazy.

Today is a busy one but my house or at least the pantry and fridge are ready.  Frying fish today so I'll add some salt to the lc coating mix.  Hopefully it will keep me away from the pretzels and ff chips.

I am having a reay good day.  At school today in the teachers lounge there was barbeque chips and I had 3 of them, small one too.  I am so proud of myself that I could just have those 3 so that I could have the taste in my mouth and man were those 3 little chips delicious, but no where near as delicious as the feeling my use to be tight jeans  just a month ago feeling loose today.  :)

I am doing really good.   Got my new set of Zumba videos yesterday so i'm going to start doing that today.

I have 92 days before my family reunion as of today and i'm hopeful that I can go down another pant size before then.   I'd like to go down 3 but i'll take 1 and be almost happy with it.

I applaud you on the chips.  It would never happen with me, three chips and I'm eating the whole thang.  But to go down a size, might be worth learning to eat a few chips.
Happy for you.

Congrats on holding back on the chips.  The way inches are rolling off of you a size or two or three by your reunion can happen.  As sizes get smaller there is less difference between them so two or three sizes in not at all unrealistic.

I am so glad everybody is doing well.  I look forward to hearing all about how good you all looked and how much better you feel and all the pictures you took in those small clothes from before or those new ones you just had to buy.  MSW you and Lee are an encoragement to me.  Do what you gotta do.
Take care,
Z

Sweet!  While I won't speak for MsLee, do what you gotta do is the truth.  Having been rearranged failure is not an option.

What ever can possibly work for me I'm on it.  As soon as my two smallest jeans are nice and loose I will post new pics.  Fingers crossed it will be by mid June.

I'm looking forward to this extreme fat smash diet as severe as it is. Now to find substitutes for the things on extreme fat smash that I can't eat.  Gonna do what I gotta do.

Do what you gotta do is right,  I'm tired of wasting years and tears and frustration and just spinning my wheels.   If this gets me to where I need to be i'll get there and work my ass off to stay there.

I mean people do that 5 day pouch test, they do diet pills, they do protein trains, and NONE of that stuff worked for me so I finally found something that is working and i'm going to work this **** until it don't work no mo.  lol.
