Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF)
The no op version. This version is still severe but far more liberal than the one many pre ops are given.

Daily calorie needs calculator
A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Calculator takes into account age and gender as well as activity level. Links to other calculators are on the same page.

Damit, how can I do everything so right and screw up so bad on my water? I have been eating fruit like a mad person, that and Greek yougurt.
Today is my long term bypass meeting for those 5 years pus out, I don't feel embarrassed at all. I am going to wear my tight jeans that are no longer tight. :)

Salty Pickle a.k.a. Lee
You have nothing be embarrased about. I find that a pint when I wake, a pint before bed, and a pint before each work out helps. Of course if there is a drive to work or you hate getting up at night that won't do it.
Right now plain water is tough but I'm doing chai, india spice, and ginger tea both hot and iced.

Having a great day. I've been following my food plan, taking my vitamins, drinking my liquids but oh my goodness. Lee can't get in her water and I can't get in my exercise. No matter what I am going to do better too. We will overcome.
