The no op version. This version is still severe but far more liberal than the one many pre ops are given.

Daily calorie needs calculator
A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Calculator takes into account age and gender as well as activity level. Links to other calculators are on the same page.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yesterday I only left my bed to get food but I did keep it under control. Thankfully this thing is breaking free and I'm starting to feel better.
Carbs are comming down and will be below 25% max again today. I'm craving forbidden foods and started the day with peanut butter and a spoon. The rest of the day will be walking on egg shells to make up for this over the top calorie breakfast.
Gotta make up these workouts for the week since I did not drop the calories. It will get done today through Sunday, no problem. I have it under control today and its going to stay that way.

I am testing some special education kids this morning, but I am hoping to go for a five mile walk when I am done this afternoon.
Just when I wanted to kick up my exercise, work kicks up and so I am not able to workout as much as I wanted, I just got the new set of Zumba workout videos so maybe I will start doing that at night.

I wasn't planning on working out today. Today marks my 6 months out from surgery. I am now down 82.5 pounds from surgery date. I need to kick up the gear. Weight loss is slowing down. Lost 8.2 pounds this past month and 6.2 the month before. What happen to my 12 or 13 pounds a month. Had me think I would make goal by summer, now doesn't look like goal will come for another 6 or 7ish months.
Looking forward to hitting the gym hard next week and the Janet Jackson Concert on next Friday.
Keep up the hard pushing work everyone.

You are doing great. Most folks even with malabsorption don't keep up a greater than ten pound a month weight loss for over six months. By month four or five most professionals expect you to level off to about two pounds a week or so. I'm real jealous cause it took me almost a year and a half to loose 80 lbs.
