Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Tell the whole truth and be accountable?  
I'm just not feeling it today but I'm trying to keep my focus on my goals.  My eyes on my prize.  Insert third relatd cliche here.  

Today I'll focus on prepping for the week ahead.  Plenty of lean protein and some lc snacks.  

Where do you stand today?  How are you doing.

I must drink all my water today.  I don't know what the hell I think i'm doing not drinking water but I have gone days without a sip of water.   So I will concentrate today on getting my water in because my stupid body is not going to lose weight until I get all my water in and that is exactly not what I have been doing.


So that is my goal for today,  water, water, water

Ditto for me.  i stopped tracking water and my consumption has dwindled.  Sip, sip, sip like we were taught as newbies.

Doing ok today.  The weekend has not led me to over stray. I don't have a problem drinking my water. Drinking is so much easier than exercise, I can make myself drink but think of so many other things to do before exercise.  Sad to say but once I get started I'm so happy.  It's getting started.  Keep telling myself one day at a time.  So far every other day is going better.

That's one more good thing about exercise.  Even when you detest the thought of moving get it sarted and you're ok.  You even loath the idea of stopping in the middle, lol.  Just say you'll do a few minutes, get started, and you'll do the whole workout. 

Good for you getting the water down.  I need to get back to sipping all day like I'm supposed too.  I've allowed that basic to slip.
