Where are our exercise thread posters this week?  I'll throw it out there again today.  We can't just let exercise accountability lapse.  Everyone needs to move that body.  Move to loose, move to maintain, move to be healthy.  Make sure you move people.

H210K and free weights with my usual program from The Body Sculpting Bible for Women.  I'll be doing the same today, tomorrow, and Sunday to make my work out week whole.

I did my 2 mile DVD this morning. Was supposed to go to gym but did not make it, so to make sure I get something in today I did the dvd.

Yesterday, I did Zumba and felt really good about it.  My plan for today was to power walk 3 miles. 

Unfortunately,
I woke up with a major crick in my neck, and can hardly move it, so I had to sit it out and rest.  I hope that I can resume working out tomorrow, but it will depend on the condition of my neck.

Had planned to get on the tread mill but Shawntay called so I did the 30 minute total body workout portion of my hip hop abs dvd.
