Awoke this morning trying to cough up a lung. Yesterday was bad. really bad. Even had to skip the low carb group accountability post cause I made such a clusterfkcu of it all.
Today I have got to hold it together. It will be a munute by minute kind of day for me. I must get this appetite under control and my exercise level up to the right intensity.
No waiting to start doing the right thing. I'm committed to doing this now. I'll need a lot of positive self talk o get through the day.

I hear ya Marcia, I have been doing really good and I know you will clean up your act soon cause you don't have any other choice, just like me.
I hate this fight, hate it, but it is one we have to fight daily. Get it together lady.
I have one more week before I can have an off day and I am dying for that day to get here. I am not going to go hog wild, but I do plan to eat some stuff i'm missing.
