I been hittin my cardio all week. Even started doing the stairs at the gym. I think my body went into shock, no elipitical it said. WTF. I want to do the stairs today, maybe it will give my boo-ta a little more roundness to it, if I keep at it.
Not sure about weights, I need to work my arms, a lot.
But for sure going to move today. Might not move tomorrow. Even though tomorrow is my 6 month out from surgery date.

I did not workout this morning, had way to many papers to do. Not to mention I have a class tonight, so I will try to workout when I get home at 7 but we shall see.
I am not sure what I will do, if I will walk or run around my house. But i'm sure I will do something.

Can't call it a workout but I did get on the treadmill today. Since I ate on the high end of my caloric intake, will do more tomorrow. Unfortunately exercise is my greatest weakness.
