I haven't seen the workout accountability thread so I'm putting it up for today.

For the next 7 days I will be really pushing myself to work my ass off. Today is day 14 of my new program and I have another 7 days to go to make it a complete 3 weeks and I want to bust this last week wide the hell open so I am going to work really really hard.
I also have to, absolutel HAVE TO get all my water in. I didn't have one bottle of water yesterday which is absolutely ridiculous.
I am on my way out of the door right now to do my walk for a hour and a half and then i'm going to workout again later tonight after my class.
Praying for a miracle by next Thursday morning. I want to have lost at least 10 pounds that would truly be a miracle, but the daily miracle right now is the way my clothes are fitting. Whew thank you lord for my shrinking behind. LOL>
