 Just wanted to stop in to say hello!

Hope all is well with you.  As for my accountability....weeeeeeeelllll.....I've been slacking, stressing, and NOT following any rules lately.  Of course that has lead to a weight gain and fortunately a new-found push to get back to basics.....YET AGAIN!  SMH

I'm still working my way back to respectable.  To much snacking instead of proper sit down meals.  I do not want bad habits taking hold. 

I'm off the salt and the naughty carbs.  now to get off the sugar alcohols.  If I would just stick with veg and a little fruit my carb control would be perfect.  Working it cause I must!

Another day has passed and I think I did okay yesterday. I have not been keeping track and I know keeping track is the best thing to do. I wi**** wasn't so darn hard. Why can't I wake up thin without all the work and effort? LOL Well, today is a new day and I am going to try my best to keep track. I am thinking of a little Tae Bo today. Need to change up my routine.

We need that variety to keep at this.  I think the hardest part is growing tired of doing this beit the long term struggle to goal ot maintaining.  Keep mixing it up.

Afternoon All,
I've exercised, taken my vitamins, drinking my water and I'm eating well.  However I am starving today.  Craving chips mostly.  Planning to fight the craving.  It's not that I'm hungry but can't put my finger on the reason for the craving.  Some people can eat a little.  Unfortunately for me it doesn't work that way.  Working on self control right now.

Hello Yall

It is 7:32 pm and I have not had a sip of water all day.  I proctored state tests today and didn't have any water.  I had a class tonight and didn't drink any water, now i'm home with a water bottle right next to me and i'm not drinking it.  I have to at least drink one by the end of the night.


Other than that i'm doing really great.  My clothes are nice and loose and i'm suppose to weigh myself in the morning but I don't know if I want to because if it doesn't show anything it's going to hurt my heart even though my clothes are so loose.

If I do i'll let you guys know.

If the scale offends you just cut it off.  Put it away and leave it alone.  I want my clothes to get looser so the stop cutting me wherre the sun don't shine. 

As for water, you been doing this long enough to know to bring your own.  Except for airline security and libraries of course.  Don't forget to pack a bottle or two today.
