LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Armed with new info I'm working on a new plan. I must tackle the issue of insulin resistance and eat accordingly. Per my endocrinologist, carbs gotta stay under 100g if I want a shot at not being fat again. Bo surprise there.
I've got research to do but I am working at living the life of a 130 lb person maintaining. That's the basis of the plan that will get me there. I will do this, i can feel it within.

I felt good about my wee****il weighing this morning. However upon examining just what I did yesterday it through me off the scales. Journaling really helps because then u know certain foods are detrimental to your eating. Some days I just had seeing it because I must limit them. Really I need to eliminate some snacks but I'm just not willing or ready. Still want tell myself I will get it under control. So today I'm on the treadmill and not doing my snacks. Here's what I ate yesterday.
Everything was out the box. Had I left off the chips that I enjoyed the calories would have been better but I love them. So I pay.
