Ok, so... you see... what had happened was...  Things have been one clusterfkcu after another and I had to focus on the real world at the expense of my cyber world.  File it all under **** HAPPENS.  But I'm BACK! 

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Have you made good decisions over the past week?  Are you prepared for this week?  What's your motivation for those times your heart is not really in it and temptation is eyeballing you?     

We may never be all there when it comes to thinking like a thin person.  Our dysfunctional eating patterns are deeply ingrained and may continue to re emerge.  Be prepared.  Have a back up plan to your back up plan.  Its not the one slip that leads to ruin but the one slip where you just stay down.

Its good to be missed.  You know I missed being here.  This ritual keeps me sane.  I need you folks to get things out of my system. 

So the lounge is full over there on fb.  As long aas the snacks are rich in protein and wls friendly.  Lol.

So glad for your return. I started lurking on a few other sites but it just didn't work. I can only handle so much networking.
I have been accountable without shame. Picked myself up after a few falls but trying not to fall as much.

Thanks luv.  Your number keeps getting smaller.  Brush off the shame and keep doing it. 

Wanna talk shame?  Three days last week I only ate pizza simply because it was convenient.  Of course that added to my troubles in more ways than just those that are wl related.   I did act the fool in every way.

Hope all is well. I have decided I am no longer trying to lose weight. I don't seem to lose weight at all these days regardless how less I eat and how much I workout. I figure I will work on maintaneance. I am going to keep working out to stay fit. I don't think toning is going to happen for me. I am just learning to accept me for me and happy that I am able to do things that I would not have been able to do a couple years ago.

I can understand your frustraion, you know I live it too.  I had a detailed discussion about my persistent weight gain and where I am after 2 years.  I'll post about that in Weds thread.  

Toning is happening weather you see it or not.  We've got that lax skin and remaining fat deposits here and there masking our muscle tone.  I'll never get that six pack but I have toned abs under this belly fat.  Keep working it.

Over the week I've been MIA I was perfect... that is if you need an exampleof what not to do when life gets in the way.  Calories ok but carb control, regular meals, liquids, vits, and wost food quality.  I managed to hit my protein only because fast food takeout garbage meals are protein based.  My nose is back to my grind stone.

I have been doing okay with my workout and weightloss.   I hit a milestone, I am under the 250 mark.  I am getting my protein in and trying to watch my carb and sweets.

I am trying to challenge myself these next couple week.   I want to workout everyday for 2 weeks straight.   So far, I done Monday and Tuesday.   I hope to lose 5 pounds before the Janet Jackson concert on April 15.    

So, I can look closer like Janet, rather than the Janet look a like from Friday.  Don't want a Chris Tucker, to tell me "never, ever, ever, ever, come back over here again.' LOL

  HUGE mmilestone!  Congrats. 

No one wants Chris Tucker on their @$$, lol.  Keep up the challenge.  Do it for a couple weeks and its a habit.  When you don't feel like it just promise yourself 15 minutes.  Once you start you'll follow through and be glad you did.
