I have been busy doing the life thing. I am also trying to lose some weight of course and i'm trying something new but I don't want to really until I see some progress because i'm sick and tired of being a failure on this board and trying and failing and having it all spelled out right here on BAF.

Hope things work for you Lee. I got in a bad way in 09 and stayed away from the boards cause so many were doing well and I just kept having to start over, again, again and again. It was not good for me because while away I got out of hand.
So now I'm back to journaling and posting when better and when worse. As long as I post I know that my goals can be reached. Hope my actions don't stumble any but it's for me.
We all handle our business a little different. Wishing u well in handling yours. Today is going well, staying w/n set calories.
