120 Days...That makes 4 Months before Reunion

Hello Yall

OK, so I am offically nerveous as hell about my weight loss or should I say inches loss because I only have 4 months left and I am working my ass off to get down 2 pant sizes in the next 4 months, 3 pants sizes would be great but it would also be a miracle, **** who am I lying to 2 sizes will take a miracle.

But here is my plan,  keep eating clean keeping my carbs from whole grains and fruits.  Eat only turkey, fish, chicken, and veggies. 

I am going to workout 2 hours and stick to my 500 sit ups a day.   I think I will start another round of P90X today, but i'm not sure.

So here we go yall.  4 MONTHS, I'M SCARED AS HELL

Please lord help me to lose 3 pant sizes, 2 at the least

Stay up beat and have more ups than downs.  Wherever you land will be better than you are today.  Working that tummy is working for you already.  I don't know your trouble spots but eventually the fat will pull from there too. 


I got questions for you on exercise and body fat %.  I'll clarify on the b/l and make a separate thread.  If I show my ignorance I may confuse folks. 

We've got 120 days, four months.  You twill be three sizes smaller.  I will breathe in last summers clothes.  Yoy will be at your reunion.  I will be bored to rears with my banal life.  We wii both be blissfully pleased wuth ourselved. 

We've got to stagger our depression.  Glad we are both more possitive today. 

Lee have you ever considered that you may be allergic to gluten. This may be a legitimate concern for you. You can get a blood test for this because going gluten free is hard and can be dangerous to iron levels and other levels if you don't have a sensitivity. Take care.

I have a question and granted I come here sporadically but...why is your current size, great health, enviable arms (I call them guns) and overall improvement not enough?

Because after gaining back close to 60 pounds all of those things you just questioned about are on a fast reversal.

I guarantee if you gained 60 pounds you would be just as freaked if not as freaked as I am.   It really sucks.

Okay I can see that, now here I am just being nosey...Is that 60 from your lowest?  Was the weight a quick thing or did it gradually show up?

Have you seen a doctor to determine if everything is intact? Are you still moving like an absolute beast even with the added poundage?

Girl my dam struggle has been documented right here on good ole BAF.    I continue to workout and I have been to too many doctors to even begin to mention.

They have run all kinds of tests and can't find a dam thing wrong with me.   The frustration level is ridiculous,  and i'm so sick of doctors looking at me as if i'm lying. 

Anyway my endless battle continues,  I'm trying something completey new right now but I think i'll keep my mouth shut until I see if it will even work.  

I feel for ya!  I am still trying (after 9 yrs) to get to where I need to be it is a constant struggle and with you my empathy lies.

BTW, how is Becca?

Funny you ask because it was last year this time that Becca was really sick.   We were talking about that the other day,  I had never seen anyone so dam sick,  they never found out what it was but suspect it was  aggressive parasites that she got when we were in Egypt, and it just took all that time to grow and multiply and get her really sick,  who knows what it really was but it lasted close to 4 months and it was awful.    She hasn't been sick since.

I am glad she is doing better.

I remember you commenting on all the weight she was losing...wanna tell me what part of Egypt? LOL
