Its Thursday where I am. I don't know what daylight is going to bring so I'm putting this up now.
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. How have you worked to make this a productive week? What will you accomplish as a scale or as a non scale victory? Are you focused or scattered in your plan and in your thinking.
Release any negative thinking you are holding to. Make your best use of time and effort. Let go of anything that's holding you back. The negative can be overwhelming. We have to fight to keep it from taking us down.

I have been doing so well and I feel so proud and I want to share some of it with you Marcia, I want you to take my determination I finally have back and pour it all over yourself. I am still right here with you.
I lost my positive for 4 days and it was so hard crawling out of it, but I'm back and I feel good. **** I even wore tight jeans two days in a row, and I got so many, Wow I didn't know you were so tiny, I am far from tiny but I got the point/
My plan for today, eat well, exercise, and keep working on being positive.

MsLee, even when you're down you lift me up because I have proof positive that bad days are normal and ok. I'm taking your positive and pouring it over me like that New Testament chick annointed Christ with all that expensive perfumed oil. I've had three serious upsets over the past week and of course I harm myself in resonse.
I'm not really tiny. Being flat on both sides makes one look much smaller from 42DD to 32B1/2). These are the tight pants I had on in that last siggy pic with my saussage thighs trying to bust loose. They had an easy fit last June and by the time I made goal they were my baggy jeans. Now no air curculates around these thighs. But they will be loose again.
