Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  How have you worked to make this a productive week?  What will you accomplish as a scale or as a non scale victory.  Are you focused or scattered in your plan and in your thinking. 

Release any negative thinking you are holding to.  Make better use of your time and effort.  It may be food, or exercise, or paying attention to the rules of vitamins, water and drinking with meals.  Anything that holds you back.  View it as a negative and that's what it will be to you.  If not positive then treat it as a matter of fact and move on.

I am not feeling this wls thing today.  Since there is no such thing as a true day off the best I can do is skip the scale and zone out on the rules for a day.  Just one. 

Sooo, today has already gone astray as my day began with air popped popcorn.  Not exactly a low carb pantry staple so my carb limits are blown to hell.    I should do ok on protein and water and with such high carbs there is no point fretting over the low fat ratio. 

Yesterday's eating and water came in near perfect but I ended up taking it as my no workout day.  Its easier to just switch than make myself insane trying to make up for it.  My body does not do make ups well. 

Here's to getting through another day of this wls thing.

That dam popcorn,  Becca and I were so addicted to it 3 months ago it was ridiculous. 

I taught high school this morning and college tonight,  I am dog tired and didn't have any time to workout this morning and I don't even know if i'm going to workout tonight.  

My eating is perfect, absolutely perfect.  I know i'm going to start craving chocolate soon cause i'm getting those familiar monthly back pains.

You will always find a way to get the exercise on.  Congrats are in order for the perfect eating.  That's all of out challenge some daus minute by minute.  Keep doing it girl.
