I'm in a mood today and I haven't even weighed yet. A reminder that all of life's agravation is not related to this wl thing.
Going after my workout regimine with a vengence this week. Last week I was geared up then had to let it go. This week I will get the burn in. Held back on the calories so the math says I should have had a half pound loss.
Yeah right. Hoping this week the math will work for me and last week's gain will have backed off. Nearly half way through the month and I so want it to end in the right place.
