LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
So ok I'm more **** & vinegar than I am sweetness & light today. A variety of cir****tances, events, emotions etc are working my last Black nerve. I'm just not going to allow it to take my eating down.
Yesterday I lived on mostly atkins endulge bars. Basically candy with a little protein thrown in as compared to the daybreak or advantage bars. Calories on the low side but I was sedentary. I hit my base protein needs, kept net carbs in check, fats were cool by accident, liquids on point, out of vits.
Don't know what today will bring but there will be no compulsive eating or starvation behaviors. I will not fall into dysfunctional eating patterns. Especially since us folks on oh lean towards the fattening eating disorders not the skinny type.

Your're ok that **** and vinegar died is low carb but no protein. I did ok yesterday until eating 4 homemade ranger cookies that a friend gave me. I didn't have to eat them but they were good so I've gotta do better today.

Plans r not to live 4 the weekend but through the weekend by doing what I know is right and letting the weight fall where it may.

I will not ask what a ranger cookie is cause it sounds to good to be ok without major recipe adjustments, lol.
@ Your're ok that **** and vinegar died is low carb but no protein. I needed that laugh but I will not be inventing the **** & vinegar protein shake. I've heard some nutty health nuts drink their own **** cause its 'good for you', lol.
Apple cider vinegar is known as an old time waist trimming tonic (2 tsp in water 3 times a day for a total of 2 tbsp). Growing up I had a small waist despite being fat so who knows if the vinegar worked. Can't get past the taste now. We used to add a tsp of honey but too many carbs. I may go for the vinegar with liquid splenda, but no piss please, lol. Although I may add a tsp of 0 carb egg protein.

Busy day yesterday, could not post, but I had a great eating day and I walked to and from school. I stil a bit hopeless but I will continue to do what I need to do until 126 days have passed.
My bely looks flatter and I do notice that when I pass a mirror, but I need the rest of me to shrink also. I just realy need to get my mojo back.
I have been doing this for 48 days, so I thought surely I have to had lost something. I go get the scale NOT ONE ******G POUND. How the **** does someone eat stelar and do everything right for 48 days and NOTHING????

My surgeon and cardiologist both say its just the way I'm made. Translation "I'm clueless but I know you are truthful about doing the right thing." I guess its better than the idiot nutritionist and nurse practitioner who just assume if you ain't loosing you're lying about what you eat/ do.
Really hoping this endocrinologist can shed a little light and get a metabolim test covered by insurance. Even if it tells me I can only eat half what a normal person of my weight can I will have an answer. My experience with endos has not been positive. However, this one is young and a D.O. I find D.O.s generally more thorough and more open to understanding us folks that don't fit the mold.
You know I'll pass on anything I may learn. I am also as frustrated as hell but holding steady.

Never, I repeat Never do 200 reverse sit ups. You know the ones where you lay on your back and lift up your but with your legs extended in the air.
Well to be super efficient I kept it really tight and in control to get the max benefit. Today it feels like someone cut my belly right at the bottom open and ripped out a 14 pound baby. DAMMMMMM.

Lee I had a 9 lb baby on the last birth. Believe you me I never had another after that one. I agree w MSW, you are probably the only one doing that many forward or in reverse. Best I can say is I feel for you.
