Six Years Postop......still struggling
Its hard to make suggestions on so little info. Are you maintaining a calorie deficit? Do you track 100% of your food and exercise so you know with certainty if you should be loosing based on what you are doing?
Or, is the issue being able to stick to a plan that will allow sufficient calorie deficit for weight loss? Or, are your food choices wrong for your body even if your calories are ok? Or, have you continued to eat so little over so many years that your metabolism has slowed?
These are a few starting places. Start doing some homework. I find info on body buiding sites helpful because they focus on fat loss while preserving muscle.
