Beautiful sistas on my charcoal runway ...err that is my sketch pad and my drawings....

 I have shared my passion for drawing/sketching/painting on my group Share-it! but why not share it with my own people too right? I have a few sistas over there  and I would sooooooo love to sketch more........

I love to sew and draw and paint among other things it is my favorite passtime .. I even draw/sketch on my napkins ... from a very little girl I could sketch or draw anything I see ... wherever I got the urge ... I remember drawing on the big rocks on our farm in Panama with left over bits of coal on the logs in the fogón or coal pot used to cook rice in the patio... the best rice we ever ate in our typical arroz con pollo was cooked in our yards over a coal pot or over rocks with logs for fire ...  kind of like this...


See the coal at the end of the sticks ... that was my best drawing partner as a child ... now I have my blends of charcoal pencils and graphic and artists accessories that have come a long way....

I love fashion ... and I love to sew almost all of my clothes ... I sketch what I want to make then I make my own patterns then I cut and I sew ... I used to use for a dummy head on my sketches until I decided why not use my cyperfriends avies?  If you would like to see yourself in a sketch just let me know .. I never get tired of drawing/sketching or painting ... and there is NO STRINGS ATTACHED...

Nice Sketches.    Can't join your board though, i'm to busy trying to keep this one alive, but i'll stop by and visit sometime.

 No worries .. I will visit here more often and participate too... 

MsLee, Just take a look at the volume of sketches over there.  Just awesome.  You se I had to makr one of mine my avi both here and on another site. 

Marta also did a painting of my photo from when I made it to goal.  Will photograph it and post once I frame the canvas.
