Nothing wrong with an early morning wake up and run ... it makes for a great day ... so why were you surprised missy that I called you at 3:00 am to check your arrival time last week for our dawn venture? I went out on a run before meeting up with you.... does the waistline good doesn't it?

I'm trying to run these thighs off along with this waist, lol. I'll be back home in a couple of weeks for another early breakfast or perhaps lunch.

Ms Lee if you really want to go to the family reunion you will, maybe looking as good as when they last saw you and maybe not. But if it's important to you, you'll do all you can to be there and look good. Remember some of them may not look as good as you last saw them. Pray about your feelings, examine them and then you'll do what u gotta do.
MSW you came on the scene after me and have done well while I have only peaked at my goal then sabotaged myself, still searching you succeed. Setbacks come and you have health issues but you and Ms Lee continue to workout like champions. You all know what to do and seem to know why your body is not doing what it's supposed to. When we take those little vacations from our plan, we pay and pay and pay. Just like the economy its not as easy to get back on top any more.
I'm praying to keep from self sabotage. With that said, this is what I ate yesterday.

I know I let little things blow me out of the water far too easily. Like your great analogy, buthole bush's economic nightmare will fkcu us over for some time to come. Lets not do the same to our bodies. I'm trying not to act out on my discouraged perspective,
I've got too many good examples of strength and perserverance in folks like MsMarta, MsMolly, MsNeverGonnaQuit, and even Ms Lee who has struggled far longer than I have, plus a dozen others. And, don't think I did not notice that since you've been posting regularly you have made steady progress. Even with your vacation you are doing it well.
Gonna stay focused. Gonna hold tight to my joy.
