Hmmm, wonder if even the lurkers have abandoned BAF.
You know how this works. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Have you started the week working towards life as a fat @$$; a skinny ***** (or male equivalent); or some hybrid mutant or other? What do you want for yourself? Are you living up to your own objectives?
I think most people are hybrids of one sort or another struggling to stay in the category we've chosen. Be that a positive choice or a negative choice. The real choice is healthy as opposed to fat or skiny. The latter two are subjective in too many ways. The former, despite many degrees of health status, is clear across all species.

I went to town on a bag of sf chocolates. Net carbs were ok but total carbs off the charts due to sugar alcohols. More important, I did not need to have all seven pieces in that bag at once. Moderation is key. If I'm going to go glutton I need to have something else instead to satisfy my sweet cravings.
Calories on point; protein way up there; succumbed to night eating of some pork skins; only part of my workout schedule done; short a pint on my water... Seems I was less 'there' than I thought.
NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES! Must get it together today especially water and exercise.
There are 21 days before my weigh in at two docs. To have a normal bmi fully dressed mid day I need to get back to my low weight. Five lbs should do it. Skipping water and exercise will not aid in my mission.
