You know its pretty sad when I'm the only one cooking on any day of the week. Besides, my meals are never as enticing as what my BAF family puts on the table.

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'll likely fix some easy to freeze veg today borrowing from past BAF Sunday dinner recipes. I have protein ready to heat and serve.
Thinking about an eggplant caserole, and doing something with spaghetti squash and perhaps a white carb substitute with some turnips. Will post if I create anu good recipies. A few quick and easy ideas are floating around my head.
