MARCH 1ST. I PLAN TO KILL THIS MONTH,

OK< OK< this is MARCH and i'm ready to push my big bottie down into another lower size.
I took a long hard look at myself in the mirror this morning and I am really liking the way my body is shaping up especially my stomach muscles. I am looking tighter and trimmer, and it looks good.
I still have a lot of fat to lose and i'll be working on it a lot, cardio, cardio, cardio and a ton of sit ups, push ups, and pull ups. I think i'm going to try to go a while before I treat myself with candy again. I want to try to do this month clean, probably really won't but i'm putting it out there.
I can't lie I have a lot of fear of failure with this month because it's starting to feel to close, so close that I want to eat bad, which makes no sense at all. My mind is such a bowl of jello confusion. But I will stay focused.
MARCH MEANS IT'S TIME TO KEEP MARCHING ON.

Hi Lee,
It is great to read the real deal of dealing with weight loss. I am still at the begining stage of losing but find, I can eat anything I want. So, I still struggle, just glad I have great restriction.
Keep up the post, and I am with you this month.
I am going to workout 4 days this week, maybe 5. I may do some pull up and sit up today too. Today arms, tomorrow legs and booootta (the way my little one would say it).

I just replied to Molly's post about this as well. She is using spring as motivation & I like the idea. So much so that I'm right there with you on the cardio.
I have been moving more lately, adding onto my more wholesome eating program, and I'm also seeing the results in the way I'm shaping up. My friend even commented yesterday that my standing posture has notably changed & that I look & stand thinner!
I hadn't planned on walking today, but I need to visit the library to drop off books, and there is a walking trail adjacent to the library. Since the beautiful spring weather we are having here is calling, I will walk that trail today after all.
Exercise makes or breaks me. My plan for the month is set. I have about three weeks before I have to get on the scale at two appointments. I want so bad to be where I need to be by then. About five pounds so I can be at a normal bmi fully dressed. I'M MARCHING ON WITH YOU JUST AT A SLOWER PACE.
OH AND AT LAST I CAN DO TEN, COUNT EM 10 DECENT PUSH UPS. It only took me six months plus doing insanity and lots of practice to get there. Working on getting a little lower in good form.
I will be in last years shorts this summer. I will be in those too tight jeans I bought last summer for this passing winter. I will not buy a larger size in anything ever.
