Hey guys
I am feeling so much better today, I realized that my wanting bad stuff and or wanting to quit comes from TOM and I get it every single month so next month I will know to expect it. But today i'm back and feeling strong, my head is back together and i'm on my G.R.I.N.D. for reals. LOL.
I just had the most delicious lunch, Wild Turbot Fish, zuchini and yellow squash, and avocado. I swear it was so good i'm glad I have enough left to do it all again for dinner. Yummmmmmm o
Today makes 138 days left and I can't lie the 130's make me really nerveous, but i'm going to be fine, I am going to work my ass off over the next 8 days and then when I hit 130 I'm going to keep working except even harder.

I am way off program these days. Gone from minor slip/ marginal to down the tubes/ clusterfkcu. Its been a frightening reminder that high cal foods have less nutrition and are far less satisfying over the course of a day.
As a result you wind up eating more in volume and calories while not meeting your protein needs. Just another reason to stay on your post op program. Its for life because it is a healthy way to eat; and its filling; and its satisfying.
