I'm MSW filling in for myself.  Forgive me, I'm a little giddy this morning.  Get your posts in folks.  Tell the whole truth and be acountable.  

Also, THANKS and MUCH LUV     to MsLee for holding it down.  Hope to be back daily real soon but it**** or miss right now.

I must catch up with my tracking for the last two days.  Its been much higher carb than normal for me and not alll the good kind either.  Fortunately, nothing really bad.  Its just knowing my carb sensitivity I should not have gone so far out of bounds.  Once I update my calculations I'll ensure that my month stays on track.  

Still eating for a 130 lb woman excercising three times a week.  The problem is this week my exercise has been nil.  Big sigh. 

In hospital today.  Hopefully I'll be functioning again soon so I can work out and post daily once again.  Wish I were cruising with MsLifeBeauty right now instead of waiting for multiple iv hook ups.

  You get back on your feet young lady.   

After getting your iv's today please don't even think about stepping on a scale.    You'll get those carbs down like you always do.

I took a rest day Thursday - but I hit the gym this morning for 4 miles on the treadmill.

I'll do my 3rd weekly kettlebell workout in the morning - I couldn't squeeze it in this morning.

and i am SOOOOO freakin bloated!!!! OMG - I feel like I have a balloon for a stomach!  I just wanna go home and lay down.......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
