MSW is having some medical difficulities and I noticed the post wasn't put up yesterday,  My bad.  So here it is today.

I am on day 140 and I am strong, really strong.  I have been eating really good and the number 140 makes me really nerveous because it feels like it is going way to fast and I feel like i'm going to run out of time so i'm going to have to sit with myself and calm those feelings down so they don't derail me.

But man i'm so proud of myself.  

Come on yall,   how we all doing ?

I was straight up TIRED today!!! I wanted to run 4miles this morning, but it ain't happen. I will do kettles and running in the morning as pennance.

As far as food - ummm -- yea, I ain't been the BEST, but ain't been the WORST either.  I'm running 12-15miles a week and doing the kettlebell workouts 3xs - so F-it.  I enjoyed my Whataburger chicken sammich and onion rings the other day, I LOVED those choc chunk pecan cookies and I tore UP that snack pack of famous amos yesterday.

~exhales~ and today - I am back to sanity.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Well my day has come.  We drive to New Orleans in the morning and board ship on Saturday.  I plan to enjoy this cruise and pray that I don't gain. 
I will weigh in the morning and when I return. 
MM would have to mention cookies.  Late night cookies and ice cream cost me ten pounds my last cruise.  Can't go there this time.

Enjoy the cruise.  One thing about cruises is that they do have a lot of good choices as well as those bad ones.
