142 Days Left: Feeling Good about this new week

I walk in the morning for 4 miles, and do my P90X, and a Taebo tape.   At night I do my situps another exercise video but if I don't feel like doing Taebo in the monring.

I am hoping that all the exercise will trick my fat into falling off of me.

You know dog on well that if I get skinny enough so that these shorts are falling off i'll either pin them on the side or wear a belt.   LOL.
