MSW will not settle

Total ot but I'm still faling apart one body part at a time.  Eyes, then left hand, now right hand, and feet are intermittently acting the fool.  Big sigh.  Nonetheless I am holding to plan.  This will not be an excuse to sit and eat. 

These days I'm skipping the morning weigh in.  Its just one more chore that saves the strength and energy for somthing more useful.  Instead I'm putting on these too tight pants so I have to look at this muffin top or in some cases a whole damned loaf of bread.  Lol.   

I have not been able to exercise as I'd like but eating is on point and I will keep it there.  Hopefully this week I can get my minimum in (3 days h210k).  The rest is gravy.  I really need the run to trim these thighs plus abs and my free weights if I can.  Intervals this week just ain't happening.

For 3 days I have eaten candy, yes I admit it I have been bad but it was planned because I tried to do what i'm calling resetting myself.  LOL.   Yeah I was resetting.  LOL.

But today I am focused, I am determined,  Today is 143 days to go and that means I have been eating correctly for 1 month and 1 day.

So here we go, back in the saddle ready to get my jeans a bit looser.

Only 5 days left and yesterday I had a case of temporary insanity, thinking eat whatever without consequences.  Also self sabotage stepped in because of doing well for a good while.  However exercise is still being accomplished and my mind is back.  I will not exceed 1200 calories, especially the non-benefical kind.
Here's how I lost my mind yesterday.

LB I hear ya on the temporary insanity, except I wasn't insane I was well aware of what I was doing.  It is now a new day so let's keep it rolling.
