Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF)
The no op version. This version is still severe but far more liberal than the one many pre ops are given.

Daily calorie needs calculator
A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Calculator takes into account age and gender as well as activity level. Links to other calculators are on the same page.

Thanks for posting. Copy/paste remains a challenge.
On plan at 1053 cal but feeling greedy. Wish I could ramble on because I really need to vent today. Your count down idea is keeping me strong. I just have to hold on for 9 more days to make my February calorie goal. Time to pay the piper for my 4000 cal all junk food day. Total calories for this month will not exceed the maintenence needs for a 130 lb woman. Max avg 1651 cal per day.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Had myself a single drink for the weekend, but made sure not to go over in calories. I have a new favorite Diet Orange Sunkist is a nice zero calorie treat that I will enjoy from time to time. Today I am not allowing myself breakfast until I drink three bottles of water. I have to challenge myself. I have been lacking on the water and i don't know why. Before I would drink water easily. I feel I have this food thing under control, exercise is hard to do, but it still gets done, vitamins are on point for the most part even though I have days when I don't want to take them, and finally water. Water is something I need to start focusing on. I mean really focusing. Each day a new challenge, but I will conquer and win.
