Marcia, I had a little time before my walk to get this up. I know you need a break, I can't promise to do it everyday but i'll do it until you need.
My yesterday was awesome, I ate well but I didn't take my vitamin C and iron pill because I fell asleep.
I'm on day 146 and feeling a little anxious today because it feels like time is going way to fast, but that just means I have to stay on top of it.
POST AWAY GUYS
I luv posting every day, no break needed for me. Plus, I always miss my OH peeps on BAF and in my groups too . This is my daily 'ritual'.
Problem is, I CAN'T SEE BECAUSE OF THIS MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.
This is the first time in a week I don't have to enlarge by 200%. Then of course nothing displays right so posting and doing business is hard or imposible. I have that speech adaptive software but have yet to master it. The struggle to read wipes me out to the point where I can no longer recognize characters. Could have well be reading a message board in a foreign language for what its worth.
When I have these visual disturbances it can go on for months. I can't read or use the computer for more than a few minutes a day. At least for this morning I can see I can see I can see , enlarged to 125% that is. Lol.

I use adaptive software all the time and it is quite helpful for my students, glad you have it and know how to use it because most people don't know of all the great stuff out there to help. Speaking of which QVC's today special value for today is Dragaon speak. It is so much better than when I started using it.
Hope your vision doesn't take to long to clear back up. MS sucks ass.

Dragon is the one I have. Gotta check out the newer version and see if I want to upgrade. Thanks for the info. I deleted their 'special's' email without even opening it.
I also use talking books. Many folks don't know that you do not have to be blind to qualify. Any impairment that prevents you from reading or holding reading materials qualifies. Digital library books are mailed to your home completely free. Equipment is supplied to you and there is no charge for return postage or requests for books.

My body is metaphorically kicking its own @$$ in a number of ways and my behavior is not helping. You already know I've had a few off the chart days this mnth but I am back on the straight and narrow.
My original plan for the week was to overcompensate but that wil eventually backfire. Sooo, I've reviewed the month and recalculated so that my average daily calories equal my maintenance needs for ideal weght with exercise three times per week. This is my 'base' set for myself when I first made goal.
Since I normally exercise twice daily, six days a week those additional nine sessions are for the burn. Add up that extra burn and there is my calorie deficit for the week.
Still low carbingbut not at induction level. Every day lean meats, seafood, veg, plenty of liquids. I'm no longer doing the higher fat ratio because a) I'm not seeing the results I once did and b) I prefer the flavor low fat foods. Yes, I'm a low fat fat chick, lol.
When results lag, its time to mix it up. I'll revisit the higher fats again in a few weeks. Fingers crossed, it will spur weight loss as it has in the past. I just need to figure out how long it remains effective so I can work it into my dietary cycling.
