I exceeded my calories over the weekend so I've made some adjustments.  My month's average will be right back on track by Friday.

I'm approaching my experiment with a slightly higher calorie average with trepidation.  If the weight starts dropping after this weekend, perhaps the higher calories is the jump start I need.

My plan is laid out.  The shopping is done.  Time to make this week a good one.

Keep tweaking it you will find your sweet spot and when you do, it will change and you'll have to find it again, it's so ******g elusive.  But we must not quit.

I had a great successful weekend and i'm so proud of myself,  not one slip up, not one negative thought.  I even went to the movies today and the smell of popcorn did not even tempt me. The lord has worked a miracle in me and i'm thanking him all the time.

Woo  I just feel like shouting sometimes.  No Joke.

Happy Monday.
Glad everyone is on board.  Happy to hear u have a plan in process MSW and that Lee is thankful for her success.
I too had a successful Sunday.  Followed my planned meals at home until DH and I went to Chinese restaurant.  Only ate the meats, chicken, beef, shrimp and pork.  No sauces or creamed meats, no fried or otherwise vegetables.  Did get a cup of hot and sour soup.  Since there is no way to could decide the content, just drank the broth which I love and went about my business.  Left the restaurant w/o an almond cookie or any of those little cakes. I would not tempt myself again anytime soon.
Hope your day goes well,
Z

My calories were a bit high yesterday. About 2200, but I wanted to do that. Today back on med-low cal. I am not losing, but I am not gaining. I got in 64 oz of liquids and will keep trying til I get it right. Tomorrow I am hoping to see a drop on the scale. It has been two weeks into this month I would think at least a fraction. Sometimes I think my scale is broke. I am not going to make it to my goal by my date unless some amazing pounds drop off before the 1st of next month.
