Still waffeling between anger, melancholy, and down right depression but I'm doing what I need to do. I updated the plan for the month raising my calorie average a little over last month. Its not a big change but let's see if it helps. I'm also going to begin carb cycling along with my calorie cycling.
As for yesterday, higher cal/ carb day. Numbers are holding fine for the month.
and it was my WORST 4 miles EVER!!! lol Damn - there was a mean headwind and it was really cool out - of course, my over excited azz had to start off to fast and ended up burnt out and mad by the time I finished 3 miles...... urrgghhh.
I am running in a 10K weekend after next - and umm- I refuse to look THIS bad then!!! lol - so I will have to dig in and FOCUS for the next two weeks for REAL.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'm still running h210k indoors 3x a week with the pace music MsLee turned me on to. Perfect time wise cause it gives me that full 60 min cardio plus 8 min warm up/ cool down. I seriously doubt I could do it out doors. That's a whole different animal but I'm willing to try it. Someday, lol.
Yesterday I did good. I got in my liquids, low cal., high protein, vitamins, and exercise. The scale moved upwards again. LOL. One day I will break out of the 180s. I am hoping for this year. Two week in Feb. has passed and I have not lost not one pound. I am just going up and down. I am trying so hard to stay motivated. I took the kids to Mc Donalds and I was so tempted to eat a cheesebuger, but I looked at it and reminded myself for the cal. of that one cheeseburger I could eat two or three healthy items and be satisfied. Very proud moment. Let me go hit the treadmill while my kids are taking a nap. Hope you have a good weekend.
Life is fun with the kids. But I will admit that as they mature, if you have a friendly parental relationship, its a real blast. I love the adult relationship we have.
