LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yesterday went ok. I end up dragging myself to exercise. I ate a few tbl spoons of peanut butter, but I still maintained my calories for the day. Poor on water. I don't know what it is. I start the day thinking I am going to get this water down, and next thing I know it is bedtime. I maybe get 32 oz of water a day. I am going to keep working on it.
I am not going to give up on myself again. Each day there is a struggle somewhere, wheather it is food, water, exercise, or vitamins. I need to find a happy place and stay there. Once the weight is normal then I can exercise a little less, eat a little more. But for right now I have to stick it out and roll with the punches.

OK, so we all know how much I love to go to Costco for the snack ladies. Well we went yesterday and dam if they didn't have all the snacks I like. But, and that is a big ass BUT....... I gave them ALL to Becca and she ate so many dam snacks she got sick and we sat on the sofa they have on display for almost 30 minutes until she got better. LOL LOL LOL
OH MY GOODNESS, I passed up a Costco snacks, I like them because it's fun and like not cheating cheating. Man I am so proud, but the next time I go i'm eating my own dam snacks. LOL

I got my taxes done yesterday. Thought I would workout later but did not get around to it. I made up for it today but that's not the point. Drank my water, took my vitamins and made wise food choices.
This is what I ate yesterday.
Today the scale made me happy. Guess I'm easy cause I only loss 3.6 pounds this week but made me feel great.
